FAQ- Frequently Asked Questions
Herbzeedy - Your Health, Your Life
How is Your CBD Made?
Herbzeedy’s CBD oil is a product that is high in cannabidiol and derived from the hemp plant.
How is CBD oil dosed?
Dosage should always be based on the amount of CBD and route of administration that is best for the individual patient. Tinctures are taken buccally (in cheek) or sublingually (under the tongue). Edibles and capsules can be eaten on an empty stomach for maximum effect. CBD is also administered by vape pen via vape oils and e-juices, and also in topical form via balms, salves, creams, and lotions.
Can I purchase Your Products Anywhere in the US?
Yes! All of the natural CBD products you find at Herbzeedy are made from hemp and are therefore legal to purchase in any state. If our CBD oil products were derived from medical marijuana, it would only be legal to purchase these products in specific states.
Can I Take Your Products and Still Pass a Drug Test?
It depends on the product you choose. Most UA analysis tests for THC and not CBD, so while some of our products contain trace THC that is so low you won’t be able to feel any difference, you could still fail the drug test.
Can CBD help alleviate Depression?
CBD can help with depression, but results vary by person. Hemp-derived cannabidiol may be an effective alternative to expensive antidepressant medications for the treatment of many forms of depression because studies indicate that CBD interacts with the 5-HT1A neuroreceptor. This specific receptor binds to and reuptakes serotonin in the brain’s neurons. Regulation of serotonin is known to be a key factor in the treatment of depression, and any compounds that increase levels of serotonin are considered ideal in the treatment of depression.
Can CBD help alleviate pain associated from Arthritis?
CBD oil is known to be effective for helping patients manage pain associated with Arthritis. In laboratory studies, CBD and other natural cannabidiol products have shown to be effective in downregulating inflammatory chemicals and cells. By decreasing inflammation, the amount of both acute and chronic pain may be significantly reduced.
Can CBD help alleviate seizures?
Yes – Cannabidiol is a well-tolerated form of treatment for seizures of all kinds, including those caused by epilepsy, tumors, head injuries, Dravet syndrome, and Lennox-Gastaut syndrome. Formal research and testimonials indicate that cannabidiol has been successful in many cases at reducing the frequency and severity of the seizures. While using hemp-derived CBD does come with side-effects, these effects are often minimal compared to those associated with many medically approved seizure medications available in the market today.
Do Herbzeedy products contain THC?
Our products are full-spectrum cannabis extracts, otherwise known as whole-plant extracts, and contain less than 0.3% THC, which is the legal limit for industrial hemp products in the United States.
How do you extract CBD for your products?
Herbzeedy uses two different methods for CBD extraction, including C02 Extraction and Decarboxylation.
The C02 Extraction method yields a clean, pure, and premium quality oil that does not involve the use of toxic solvents. C02 extraction is a clean, safe, and natural way for extracting from plants such as hemp.
Decarboxylation is ideal for developing CBD products that help with muscle relief, anti-anxiety and more. This process targets specific healing properties within the hemp to ensure users get the most value out of their CBD products.
Can you get high off CBD?
No – for a product to be legally classified as “hemp,” the plant must contain less than 0.3% THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), which is the psychoactive chemical compound produced in cannabis. This low amount of THC is negligible and cannot produce a high. In many cases, CBD is known to counteract the psychoactive properties of THC.
What is the absorption rate of Herbzeedy products?
Like food, medication, and dietary supplements, everybody’s physical chemistry is different and people absorb our products at different. The absorption rate differs from person to person and diet can have a large impact. Typically, our customers experience better absorption when they take our products with a small fatty meal.
